Peel Paramedics Recognized for Saving Father – On Father’s Day!
Paramedics Wendy Wilson, Carrie McQuay and Jamie McAndie were recognized by Caledon Council for their efforts in a successful save on Father’s Day. Yvette Lindo expressed her most heartfelt thank you to paramedics for bringing her son back to life. Alexander Meadwell collapsed suddenly while working around the home. He is the father of three with another baby on the way. Bystanders started CPR, before Paramedics and fire services arrived. Alexander was revived within eight minutes. Alexander Meadwell is doing very well and expecting his fourth child any day now. Yvette Lindo hugged and personally thanked each of the emergency services workers involved, telling Council that she will never again take for granted the work of Paramedics.
