Analyze your dreams with the Yumemiru App

As far as programming dreams are concerned, nothing concrete has been laid out to probably set the tone to aid people in sleeping better. But it seems that tech-savvy Japan has come up with an iOS app which may bring us closer to that reality, all through an app called the Yumemiru. Apparently the app can detect when you enter sleep after which it plays a soundtrack which “influence” what happens in a person’s dreams. The app uses a timer and the Apple device’s microphone to detect when a user has entered REM sleep, which is when they’re most susceptible to dreaming. Though it seems close to impossible, people who want to “program” themselves to sleep by picking out what dreams they want may want to try it out. What have you got to lose? However, a problem does exist and this has to do with perhaps having to figure out what the language and commands are since they are written in Japanese.
