A certificate program on polysomnography will soon be offered to interesting students as the GateWay Community College unveils an 8 month program which will help students monitor and analyze patients with sleep disorders. The program will accept 20 students per session and is limited to graduates of accredited respiratory care programs. Graduates can earn $42,509 to $80,300 annually, depending on the certification level and the years of experience. Students in the program will get hands-on training on campus and clinical experiences in local sleep centers.
